Roasted lamb leg
Well, it turned out very juicy, the lamb!

Ingredients

  • Ham

    1.5 kg

  • Soy sauce

    100 ml

  • Vinegar

    4 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 piece

  • Seasoning

    1 Tbsp

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Salt

  • Zira

Prepare leg of lamb: chop, wash, thoroughly dry.

Prepare the marinade. For this mix the soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, squeeze lemon juice, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste, add the herbs and cumin.

In this marinade, put the meat.

We shift into a tight package (so all the meat will be in contact with the marinade), tie tightly and refrigerate at least 6 hours. I got the lamb was marinated for 16 hours.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Lamb put in a sleeve for baking, or wrap in foil. Do the top few holes for steam outlet. Bake in the oven for 1 hour 10 minutes. After unfolding and again put into the oven for Browning for 15-20 minutes.
