Chicken fillet, braised with grapes
My favorite version of cooking chicken. Very tasty and gentle turns.

Ingredients

  • Chicken

    700 g

  • Grapes

    2 cup

  • Broth

    0.5 cup

  • Cream

    0.5 cup

  • Dry white wine

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.25 tsp

Chicken breast cut into strips with a thickness of 1 cm In a deep frying pan, heat olive oil, add butter.

In a bowl mix the flour, salt and pepper,

roll it chicken and fry in hot oil 3-4 minutes, until the meat is browned.

Grapes wash, dry, remove the sprigs.

To the chicken add the cream, white wine, chicken broth and grapes. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, cover with a lid. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the meat is ready, and the grapes will not become a little soft.
