Salad
The recipe for this delicious easy salad brought a friend from Italy. But, strangely enough, the salad itself is of French origin. Of course I tried and made the changes. In my opinion, the salad was even tastier, with a rich aroma of Provencal herbs and an unforgettable peanut sauce! A mystery left only the name of this wonderful dish. Friend said that like it was some female name. And here, too, played my fantasy! Salad perfect for those watching their figure!

Ingredients

  • Pickled cucumber

    4 piece

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Cabbage

    200 g

  • Raisins

    50 g

  • Garnet

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Mustard

    0.5 tsp

  • Walnuts

    30 g

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 tsp

  • Seasoning

    0.66 tsp

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Rinse the raisins and pour the warm water to soften. Walnuts to RUB on a small grater.

Prepare the sauce: mix in a deep Cup vegetable oil, honey, ground black pepper, soy sauce, lemon juice, prepared mustard and chopped walnuts. Mix well. Pinch nuts leave for topping salad. A little tip: garlic can be added to the sauce... if you have a very important meeting.

Fresh cabbage cut into cubes. Pickled cucumber and Apple, cleaned of seeds and peel, also cut into cubes. Add the raisins.

Season the salad with peanut sauce and add pomegranate seeds.

Add a pinch of salt (or to taste) and mix.

Put the salad on a dish, sprinkle with walnuts and serve!

This salad is so tasty, crunchy, refreshing, beyond words! What does peanut sauce!? It gives the salad incredibly rich, delicious taste and aroma!
