Cooking
Chicken fillet to beat off to a thickness of 1.5-2 cm. Deploy sheet seasoning MAGGI on the second tender chicken breast. Spread on one half of the fillet.
Fillet to cover the second half of the sheet. Press down lightly. Fry on a dry pan for 5 minutes on each side.
Pear peel and core, orange milling, kiwi clean, the pepper and remove the seeds. Fruits and peppers slice. Rccola wash.
Ready chicken cut into dice. In the Cup combine the fruit, arugula and chicken. For the filling mix the lemon and orange juice, add oil, soy sauce and honey. Mix well.
Put the salad in glasses, pour over the dressing and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bon appetit!
