Mashed potatoes you can make fresh or use a cold, the rest of the morning. If the puree is cold, then you need to mash these. In mashed potatoes add eggs and salt.
Mix and pour 200 ml of warm milk, and beat with a blender until smooth, to avoid lumps.
Add the sifted flour and stir until smooth.
Add the remaining 200 ml of warm milk and add finely chopped dill. Mix well.
In the end, add 1 tablespoon of grated cheese and stir. Let rest the dough for 30 minutes.
Pour onto hot, oiled pan to make a little dough to make a small pancake.
Fry on both sides. It turns out very tender and very tasty pancake. Which you can eat just that with most of the pancakes we made...

Beat the 2 eggs with a pinch of salt, add 4 tablespoons of cream or very rich milk, mix and pour 2 tbsp in each basket.
