Pork roll
Pork roll using the starring pig's Ukrainian "Salo". Bekon is the greasy part with a "belly&q uot; animal. it is very good, but for pickling it is not. But for a variety of rolls at the time. Offer one of them. In my recipes I use simple and affordable products for all.

Ingredients

  • Pork

  • Salt

  • Garlic

  • Mushrooms

    5 piece

  • Tomato

    4 piece

  • Allspice

    1 tsp

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Dutch cheese

Beats the meat, make slits all over the meat but not through, large sea salt, spices and slices of garlic, RUB the meat all this, turn, wrap in cling film and marinade for a day in the cold.
