Salad
Very bright, hearty salad. Not difficult, because instead of boiled potatoes, I added cooked basmati rice.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    150 g

  • Figure

    200 g

  • Red sweet pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Cucumber

  • Pickled cucumber

    1 piece

  • Green onions

    2 sprig

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Horseradish

    1 tsp

  • Salt

The time is specified without cooking the meat and rice. It is convenient to do the day before, to give products of from 2 to 12 hours. I use white, fragrant basmati rice from TM Mistral, in the salad it looks very presentable.

Put the rice in a bowl. Cut the beef small, short strips, add to the rice.

Cut the same size red bell pepper, cucumbers - pickled and fresh. Add everything in a bowl.

Greens of onions to chop, put in a salad. Separately, prepare the filling by mixing the mayonnaise, mustard and horseradish.

To mix the salad. Spread on a serving dish, pour with the dressing. Season with salt sea salt.
