Cooking
Ham cut into thin cubes and fry in a pan until Golden brown.
Eggs boil, cool, peel and grate on a fine grater.
Add finely chopped dill, parsley and green onions.
Add the mayonnaise, salt, pepper and all mix well.
Celery stalks wash, peel from the fibers and cut into wedges.
On each block put fried ham. And on top of a teaspoon gently mayonnaise with eggs and greens.
Tomato cut into slices and on each slice put the block of stuffed celery. To wedges was postitive, with a peeler or knife slightly leveled bottom. You can file without the tomato, lay the celery on a platter. Decorate according to your taste and serve.
