Chocolate cake
Soft, gentle, chocolate - especially satisfies your sweet tooth!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    12 piece

  • Sugar

    2 cup

  • Flour

    2.5 cup

  • Cocoa powder

    4 Tbsp

  • Cream

    700 g

  • Condensed milk

    1 can

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Glaze

Beat the whites to a solid foam, add sugar and continue to beat until stable peaks

Then add the egg yolks, mix lightly, add flour, pre-mixed with cocoa, and carefully mix with a spoon movements from the bottom up

Then gently pour the batter into the pan, put in cold oven. First bake on medium heat for 20 minutes, then on low heat for another 20-30 min.

For the cream whip the cream with condensed milk, add vanilla until the cream thickens

Ready cake cool and cut in half, brush with cream on one layer, put on second layer

Then coat with cream top and sides of the cake, trim

To prepare chocolate glaze: 2 tbsp cocoa 0.5 Cup. sugar - mix well, add 1 Cup. milk stirring Constantly, boil the icing until light and thicken, add 50 g of butter. Again bring to a boil, remove from heat and slightly cool.

Slightly warm the frosting to decorate the first sides of the cake, then the top.
