Chocolate mousse-cream with liqueur and mascarpone baked in cups

Ingredients

  • Cream

    250 ml

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Vanilla sugar

  • Chocolate milk

    100 g

  • Mascarpone

    250 g

  • Cocoa powder

    3 Tbsp

  • Yolk egg

    4 piece

  • Liqueur

    50 ml

  • The creme fraiche

  • Nuts

Cooking

In a saucepan mix the cream with the sugar and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat and add broken pieces of chocolate and stir until dissolved.

Add the mascarpone and cocoa. Mix well until smooth.

Give mass to cool slightly. Add the egg yolks and liqueur. Mix well.

Pour the mixture into cups 3/4 full height. Filled Cup to put in a deep form, and then in the oven. Already in the oven carefully so the water doesn't get in the dessert, pour into the form of boiling water to 2 cm height.

Send in a preheated 160 degrees oven for 20 minutes.

Cool and send for a couple of hours in the fridge.
