Cake from cream cheese
Took the recipe from the magazine "the Deli." It made a wonderful cake for my eldest daughter from Krasnoyarsk :)

Ingredients

  • Flour

  • Butter

  • Powdered sugar

  • Leavening agent

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Sugar

  • Chicken egg

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Cream

    250 ml

  • Gelatin

  • Jam

  • Orange

Separate the whites from the yolks. RUB the yolks with the icing sugar and vanilla.

Add the melted butter.

Add the flour and lemon zest, mix well.

Whip whites into a thick foam with the addition of salt and lemon juice, add the whites to the yolk batter. Mix well.

In a preheated 180 gr. the oven bake the cake for 15 minutes.

Mascarpone cheese whipped with 200 ml. cream and powdered sugar to taste.

The remaining cream (50 ml.) soak the gelatine (I added a little water).

Cream divide into two parts: the gelatin is heated to complete dissolution. In one part of the cream add black currant jam, stir, add half of gelatin to mix well.

Pour the currant-butter cream on the sponge cake and put to solidify in the refrigerator.

In another part of the cream add orange marmalade + peeled and chopped finely, without film, orange + remaining gelatin.

Spread orange cream currant cream with a second layer, put in refrigerator to harden

The cake is ready :) Nice lacolline!!!
