Roasted chickpeas
Spicy, crunchy snack. Roasted chickpeas is almost similar to pop corn. You can do it both sweet and salty.

Ingredients

  • Chickpeas

    1 cup

  • Curry

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Greens

We need Chickpeas from the Mistral.

The chickpeas to soak for 12 hours in cold water. Put to boil on a medium heat until tender 40-50 minutes. The fluid drained.

Boiled Chickpeas, add curry and salt to taste. Mix well.

Fry in hot oil about 7 minutes, until browned and become crispy. Serve with vegetables or as a separate dish. Very tasty!
