Mushroom lavash rolls
Crispy pita, creamy mushroom filling. Similar recipes are exactly the same is not found.

Ingredients

  • Pita

    0.5 piece

  • Mushrooms

    2 handful

  • Dutch cheese

    50 g

  • Greens

  • Salt

Cooking

Mushrooms can take fresh or frozen (frozen is more, they will lose volume). Slightly fry them (optional with onions), salt.

Grate cheese on a grater. Add to the mushrooms. Mix well.

Pita bread slice (or break with your hands) into two parts smaller to make it easier to fold and eat.

Place the filling on pita bread evenly, not very densely, with 2/3 of the sheet, a little before reaching the edges (like strudel), so it was convenient to twist.

Roll roll, turning down end edges inside to leaking cheese.

You can brush with egg or mayonnaise (optional).

Put in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees until crisp (or Browning if the rolls be lubricated approximately 10-15 minutes).

This roll will be a good addition to a plate of soup, but tea would be perfect.
