Cooking

step-0
DRESSING. For the filling we will need soy sauce, lemon juice, olive oil, honey and ground ginger.
step-1
Mix all the ingredients with a beater until smooth.
step-2
TOAST. To toast the rye bread needs to be frozen within a few hours, then it can be very easy to cut into thin, almost transparent slices.
step-3
Spread croutons on a baking sheet, season with olive oil, thyme and garlic and bake at 180*C to aromatic-crispy (about 8-10 minutes)
step-4
DECORATION. Radishes cut into very thin slices and put into cold water, where it will become nearly transparent and beautifully curved.
step-5
FISH. Frozen salmon fillet finely chop. I did not work this time, beautifully cut fish, apparently she was frozen by the sellers more than once, because literally crumbled under the knife. Immediately lay the fish on a platter and pour prepared dressing her.
step-6
On top of the fish put salad mix and decorate with radishes and red onion. The final touch - salt, pepper, drop of olive oil, and voila! You can serve the dish on the table along with flavored croutons!
