A simple, but nevertheless delicious dish! Very crispy batter and tender, with a pleasant acidity, stuffing! Delicious in hot or cold!

Cooking
Peel the onion and cut into thin chetvertfinalny. I took the bow in different colors, you can take the same color.
Melt the butter in a skillet.
Add the onion and fry until soft.
Add thyme and fry for about 5 minutes, season with salt and pepper.
Add the sugar and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Cheese cut into small segments.
Puff dough lightly roll out and cut into squares the size of the form. If You, like me, took the phyllo dough, it is cut into squares at the rate of 4 squares on one mold.
In each mold spread square test (if phylo: 2 squares, coat with butter, again 2 squares, again with oil), well pressed.
Put on the dough the cheese segment.
Then a teaspoon of sauce wild cranberries from D ARBO.
Bake in a preheated 190 degree oven for about 20 minutes. Served to the table!
