Chicken with fennel
Chicken drumsticks in a marinade of olive oil and balsamic vinegar, baked with fennel and red onion.

Ingredients

  • Chicken's leg

    900 g

  • Fennel

    1 piece

  • Red onion

    2 piece

  • Olive oil

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Nutmeg

  • Orange juice

    0.5 piece

Cooking

Chicken drumsticks wash and dry with a towel. Olive oil, balsamic vinegar and spices to make a marinade.

Slice the fennel slices. To connect with chicken.

Pour the marinade and mix well. Leave for 20 minutes.

Put the drumstick with fennel in a refractory form, covered with baking paper. Add diced red onion and stir.

Drizzle with orange juice.

Bake in the oven about 30-40 minutes until Golden brown.
