Description

Spicy chocolate chip cookies
Crispy, melting in the mouth biscuits with a pleasant aftertaste of chilli. Very unusual and very tasty! Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1.75 cup

  • Cocoa powder

    6 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Cinnamon

  • Chili

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

  • Chocolate milk

    0.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Butter

    110 g

Cooking

Proseat flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, cinnamon, chili pepper, salt. Mix well.

Soft beat butter with sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy.

Add the egg and beat until smooth homogeneous mass.

Gradually, in small portions enter the flour mixture from step 1 and stir until smooth. Then add the chocolate chips.

Well-kneaded dough (it is very pleasant to work with, not sticky and very pliable), cover with film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Mix the cinnamon and sugar. From the cooled dough SkyTeam balls the size of a walnut and roll in topping.

Spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper or silicone Mat.

Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for about 9-12 minutes (as soon as the tip starts to crack, turn off the oven and keep the cookies a couple minutes)
