Lemon cakes is my passion. But nearly all recipes use only the zest and juice sometimes, and I offer cake, where the lemon is used in its entirety. Soft base, crispy streusel and sour toppings make up the perfect ensemble of aroma and taste of this cake. You will not regret the time spent and products.   • Sour cream

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

  • Leavening agent

    10 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Butter

    280 g

  • Sugar

    350 g

  • Vanilla

  • Flour

    570 g

  • Lemon

To start preparing streusel. For this mix the flour, sugar and butter. Grind to a state of crumbs. While put in the refrigerator.

With lemons remove the peel.

"Bald" lemons cut into thin half-rings (the thinner, the better). Fill with boiling water for a few minutes. Drain off water and put the lemons into paper towels.

Now getting to the test. Oil whisk with sugar, zest, vanilla and eggs.

Add sour cream, salt and flour mixed with baking powder.

Now collect our cake. It turns out great, I usually bake it in shape with a diameter of 28 cm On the bottom of the form, greased, put half of the dough, even out (to do this is with a silicone spatula dipped in water). Then spread half of the lemon.

Repeat layers with second half of dough and remaining lemons. All this is covered with strategem.

Bake at 180 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
