Girls, finally I have a little more time today, and I can add the recipe for this delicious (in my opinion) pie. I was not expecting such a taste, after all, not very usual for me to combine sweet pastry with cucumber that I got more combined with the tomatoes and salt :) the Cake turned out very tasty, tender, moist. This bread I made as a gift, it turned out that we had to visit a couple of families - they also loved it, and they couldn't believe that a cake of cucumbers!!!

Cooking
1. Whisk the eggs, then add vegetable oil, vanilla, sugar and carefully whisk.
2. Add cucumber and blend.
3. To combine the flour, nuts, cinnamon, baking soda, salt and baking powder and mix well.
4. Add the flour mixture to the egg and cucumber mix...
5... and stir until smooth.
6. You can bake one big cake, but as I said, I have a gift cake, I divided the dough into 3 parts.
7. Send in the oven for 65 minutes at 180*C. leave to cool.
8. For the cream: combine the cream cheese and butter.
9. Beat well, add vanilla and beat again.
10. Add the powdered sugar.
11. Beat well - until smooth.
12. Grease the cake (cakes) with cream.
