Chicken in a sleeve with greens
I want to offer another option(the site has like) chicken, which is stuffed with under the skin and baked in "sleeve". Very good juicy chicken, with delicious gravy.

Ingredients

  • Chicken

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Cilantro

    1 coup

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Spices

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Garlic(crushed) mix with pepper and salt,and grate the chicken.Set aside for 1H.

Will Nachinaem finely the onion,parsley,dill,cilantro .In a pan melt butter,fry onions and add all the greens.Season with salt and pepper and lightly fry.

Take our chicken and using your fingers(or sticks with a blunt end) to separate the skin,be careful not to tear the skin.This is a very easy procedure.Lifting the skin of the chicken gently with a spoon begin to introduce a green mass under the skin.

Chicken to put in the sleeve for baking,put in shape and bake in preheated oven until 180gr,about 40min.

Remove the chicken(oven do not power off),gently released from the sleeve.Liberated juice(it turns a lot)remains at the bottom along with chicken in the form. 4 tablespoons juice to mix with sugar and pour over the chicken.

To send the chicken back in the oven for 15 minutes to form the crust. (There are 2 options for further baking.Can be baked without the juice the chicken,pre-watering her sweet juice,and you can,like me,in juice)
