Vegetable Kalamoti
Tasty and cheap:)

Ingredients

  • Green beans

    700 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    12 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Figure

    2 Tbsp

  • Sweet pepper

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Seasoning

Cooking

Potatoes cut (I'm on quarters, but can be any other shape) and put on to cook:)

The rice too cook.

My beans and cut into halves:)

And put on to cook until tender. Just do not overcook, as it will spread.

Peppers cut into strips not very long:)

Carrots three on a grater.

Tomatoes peeled and three.

In butter fry the finely chopped onion.

Add boiled potatoes and carrots. Fry:) a little salt and pepper, add seasonings to potatoes.

Then add the beans (part of the water in which cooked beans to pour into the glass) and Fig.

Add the tomatoes and a little tomato paste.

Fry-fry and add water which is left over from the beans. Cover with a lid and simmer for 15-20 min. Try and season with salt and pepper to taste:)
