Spinach salad and bacon into mushroom substrate
Delicious, interesting composition salad, with all known ingredients, dressed with a spicy sauce. This salad will delight you and on weekdays and holidays.

Ingredients

  • Spinach

    2 handful

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Bacon

  • Parsley

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Balsamic

    1 tsp

  • Pepper pink

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

A small set of products for cooking salad.

Tomatoes cut into thin dolcini, parsley - finely, spinach remove the stalks, if spinach leaves are large, it is better to break them.

Slices of bacon cut in half and fry on well-heated dry pan until Golden brown.

Fry in olive oil (1 tbsp) sliced thin round slices mushrooms, about 5 minutes.

While the mushrooms are cooling, prepare sauce. Mix in a bowl three tablespoons of olive oil and dark balsamic vinegar, add a couple of pinches of salt and pink pepper (rubbed in a mortar). All good whisk with a fork. Suggest after mixing all the ingredients, adjust the taste by itself, given the fact that the sauce is d. b. a little brighter than in the finished dish. I added 2 teaspoons of balsamic.

In a bowl mix the tomato slices with spinach and parsley and cover with the sauce, gently stir.

On a dish put fried slices of mushrooms.

Mushrooms spread vegetable mixture.

On top of the bacon. Let stand for about an hour and serve.
