Very good combination of bacon, mushrooms and vegetables with spicy dressing. This salad is especially must appreciate men.

Cooking
Take the bacon (I got low-fat), cut arbitrarily and fry in a dry pan.
Put the finished bacon on a paper towel to remove any fat.
Prepare the croutons. Bread cut into small cubes and fry in the remains of the bacon grease along with the caraway seeds.
Fry the bread until it will turn brown, stirring constantly.
Mushrooms wash, dry with paper towel and cut into slices. So I peeked cutting using Jizerske. The original recipe mushrooms put in a salad raw, I'm not "friends" with this option. You can put raw if you want.
In a pan pour 1 tbsp. of olive oil and sauté the mushrooms for about 2 minutes until it will turn brown.
Lettuce wash, dry, tear or cut and put on a plate.
Put the roughly chopped tomatoes, you can take cherry tomatoes.
Next, put the bacon and mushrooms.
Prepare a dressing of soy sauce TM "Kikkoman", olive oil (1 tbsp) and lemon juice.
Sprinkle top of crackers with cumin and freshly-ground mixture of peppers. Serve immediately. Bon appetit!
