Salad
For the first time this salad I tried in 2007, the café-bar "Aivengo" in his native city of Yeisk. Unfortunately, it was closed long ago! I liked the salad with its simplicity and uniqueness. Very tasty - treat yourself!

Ingredients

  • Beans

    1 cup

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Trout

    200 g

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Lettuce

    1 coup

  • Black pepper

  • Adyghe cheese

    100 g

  • Salt

Cooking

Cooking time recipe excluding the time spent on cooking beans. Beans pre-soak for at least 6 hours, changing every hour the water. Boil beans. You can use canned beans.

Beans put in a separate Cup. Add diced tomatoes (without seeds) and

Pepper, salt, add oil and stir.

In the plate put lettuce, and they mixed ingredients.

Adyghe cheese cut into cubes (cheese to cool before cutting) and spread over other ingredients.
