I have long wanted to prepare chocolate almond cake. Foodies share recipes for this cake and each recipe in its own good. I found the cake recipe on the Internet. The fact that the recipe did not specify what quantity of butter and chocolate for cooking dough and cream separately. I decided to play with proportions and that's what I did. Unfortunately, in Greece, BlackBerry only sold frozen, naturally the color, the shape of the berries, and the taste leaves much to be desired, hence the appearance of the cake a little pumped up, but nevertheless it turned out very tasty.

Cooking
Almond put the flour in a bowl, mix with chopped chocolate
Separate the yolks from the whites, mix the yolks with the sugar, beat until thick, pale foam. Then add the butter and again beat. Eggs should be at room temperature.
Three times add flour mixture, stirring gently.
Separately beat the whites to a thick foam.
Gently add the whipped whites to the flour mixture, stir.
Baking tray lay a baking paper, grease with oil and spread an even layer of dough
Heat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 20 minutes. Readiness check with a toothpick.
Prepare the cream. For this chocolate to break into pieces, melt in a water bath. Cream bring to a boil, add the chocolate and butter. Stir and leave to cool. Better cream put in the refrigerator for 1 hour or slightly more. Ready cream to coat the cake
