Pear pie with chocolate and butter cream
This year a lot of pears, and them but me, no one does not want to, here are such spoiled creatures. pears are juicy, flavorful and with them I have here such a stunning cake that perfectly combines pears with dark chocolate and butter cream - prepares simple and turns out very tasty pie!! Good in both warm and cold.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    180 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Water

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Pear

    4 piece

  • Dark chocolate

    70 g

Butter room temperature, grind into crumbs with sugar, pinch of salt, one egg yolk and flour, add 2 tbsp of cold water. I knead the dough in a food processor.

The dough to gather into a ball, put in plastic wrap and put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Form grease with oil, I have a form of ceramic, so I'm on the bottom I put another baking paper. Roll out the dough on baking paper, transfer to a form 24-26 cm (mine is 26 cm), prick with a fork. Put into the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

To prepare cream filling: beat the egg yolk with two tablespoons of sugar and a sachet of vanillin, add 1.5 tbsp flour 200 ml cream, all stir well.

Chocolate RUB on a grater. Pear clean from the skin and seeds and cut into slices.

For the dough pour the grated chocolate, put the pears. Pour the creamy filling. Put in a preheated 200*C oven for 15 minutes.

To get the cake out of the oven. Reduce the temperature to 180*C. sprinkle the Pie with brown sugar and put back on 25 minutes.

Ready pie to cool 20 minutes in pan, to get. Bon appetit!!
