Yesterday I bought a crate of German cooking magazines even 80-ies. The first recipe that got me interested was the marinade on the basis of orange juice for chicken wings. I decided to try the truth on another part of the body and another bird. And slightly different composition. In the grill and on the plates!!! Very tasty!!! The result is stunning! Soft, juicy, delicious, even exquisite!!!

Cooking
I sliced the Turkey breast and put it to marinate in the sauce of the above ingredients! In the recipe it was stated that no less than 2 hours.
Then marinated meat strung on skewers, alternately with vegetables. Not very tight. Vegetables should not be larger in diameter than the meat, otherwise the meat is cooked through!
In the grill and on the plates!!! Very tasty!!!
