Casserole of potatoes with almonds and cheese
Very tender and tasty potato gratin, with the addition of cheese, nutmeg and almonds. This recipe I took from the magazine "Liza".

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    1 kg

  • Milk

    350 ml

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Butter

    5 Tbsp

  • Almonds

    150 g

  • Nutmeg

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

The form of grease drain. oil.Raw potatoes cut into thin slices.Half spread in an even layer form.Season with salt,pepper and nutmeg, sprinkle with grated cheese.

Melt the drain. oil, add the chopped almonds and pour the milk.Bring to a boil.

Pour half of the mixture to the potatoes and sprinkle with grated cheese. Put the remaining potatoes , and pour the rest with a mixture of milk, butter and almonds.

Place in oven and bake in the oven for 50 minutes until tender.
