Fish home Ambassador. This recipe shared with me girlfriend a few years ago, since that time, we loved the homemade, salted fish. For this recipe I marinated and carp. The fish is ready to eat after 12 hours of salting.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    2 kg

  • Salt

    1 cup

  • Vinegar

    0.5 cup

  • Bay leaf

    7 piece

  • Spices

    30 g

  • Black pepper

    7 piece

  • Water

    2 l

  • Onion

    400 g

  • Vegetable oil

    1.5 cup

Prepare the fish.

Cut the fish into horseshoe.

Prepare the ingredients for the brine...

... + Bay leaf, black pepper.

In boiled water (2l) add 1 Cup of salt, 0.5 cups of vinegar, Bay leaf, black pepper, spices. Bring to a boil. Cooled.

Pour the chilled brine, sliced fish, in any case not hot and not warm, and the fish will be cooked though! Cover with a lid and leave in the cold for 12 hours.

After 12 hours drain off the brine. Cut onion into rings.

In a container put the fish, alternating with sliced onions. Pour the vegetable oil. Allow to soak for another 15-20 minutes.
