Tuna salad on baked eggplant
For this salad I used a small eggplant, large, you can cut into circles or slices. A recipe from the Internet.

Ingredients

  • Tuna

    1 can

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    1 piece

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Eggplant

    3 piece

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Dill

1. Eggplant cut into 2 halves, salt and pepper. drizzle with olive oil. Put in a baking dish and bake in the oven at 180C until tender.

2. Boil an egg, to brush. cut into dice. Tuna mash with a fork, celery cut into slices, peel the onion and finely chop.

3. Mix everything and season with mayonnaise, pepper to taste.

4. Baked eggplant to cool, place them on a dish. On each eggplant, put the salad. Bon appetit!
