For the Contest "Journey to ancient recipes". This recipe I learned from my husband. I never knew that garlic can HAVE arrows!!! and even more could not think that they are DELICIOUS!!! One day, after I got married, my husband came home, bringing a full pack of these the arrows of garlic. Closed in the kitchen and cooked up SCRAMBLED eggs just amazing!!! It turns out that this omelette of HIS CHILDHOOD. Grandmother childhood he is always ready with his brother this summer treat! And my grandmother at the time, taught her great-grandmother!

Cooking
Slice green onions finely, ham. Fry them and put garlic arrows.
Fry all the contents of the pan, cover and stew for 10 minutes (so the arrows softened)
Drive egg, salt to taste, cover and leave on low heat until tender. Grandmother and great grandmother served this for some scrambled eggs right in a cast iron pan to eat it hot :)))
However, now we cook in a pan with nonstick coating and served on plates in portions!
