Cottage cheese-pumpkin-cheese puffs with salad
When the donuts are hot, they are incredible in themselves: crisp and tender with a strong cheese flavor, when cool - combine perfectly with the spicy salad, which I highly recommend everyone to try, and maybe decorate the holiday table!

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Puree vegetables

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Soda

    0.25 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    4 Tbsp

  • Onion

    2 Tbsp

  • Ginger

    2 g

  • Salmon

    100 g

  • Potatoes

    1 piece

  • Cream cheese

    2 Tbsp

  • Powder mustard

    0.5 tsp

  • Greens

Cooking

Bake, cool and blend the pumpkin, leaving a small piece of pumpkin (50-70 g), we need it for the salad.

Mashed in curd add the pumpkin puree, stir together,

Add the egg, flour, slaked soda, zamesit dough.

A small piece of cheese to grate.

To the dough add the grated cheese, dried herbs, salt, pepper,

Flatten the dough into thin disks, if the dough much stick to hands - add in flour (hands are better dipped in butter), fry in deep fat or frying pan on medium heat until blush.

Drain off excess fat, in this step, just try not to eat too many donuts to have the opportunity to try their salad! :-)

The potatoes I boiled in advance, a small onion, too, to marinate (water:vinegar = 1:1 and salt to taste), pickled onions finely chopped,

We left a little piece of pumpkin grind.

Add chopped small cubes boiled potatoes, add the marinated onion.

Slice of marinated ginger root very finely chopped (I have purchased) and add to vegetables.

Fresh herbs (I dill, parsley, Basil) finely chopped, add to cream cheese, add salt and 0.5 teaspoon mustard powder (if you don't like the mustard, add less), a good stir and season the mix salad.

So it turns out. Salad spicy (thanks to the mustard) and sweet, very interesting taste - I recommend!
