Pie with herbs and cheese of two varieties
Look through all the recipes, this is not found; especially tasty with fresh summer greens. Simple to prepare, always possible.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Olive oil

    6 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Greens

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Cheese

Cooking

Cheese, Eggs, butter mix first with a mixer. Gradually add the flour,

to replace the elastic dough aside to rest while preparing the filling. Flour may require more or less than indicated, the dough should not be steep.

Chop onion half-rings, then in olive oil until translucent (do not fry).

Add sour cream, garlic, spices, saute about 3 minutes, the sauce should be medium consistency - not thick but not too runny.

Roll out the dough, put into a form or on a baking sheet, to form a rim.

For the dough, our sauce, greens finely chop, mix with lemon juice and spread on top (I forgot to photograph a step, sorry).

Cheese cut into cubes (I cut failed, just broke hands=))distribute on top of greens, sprinkle with grated cheese, bake in the oven for about 20 minutes (depends on Your oven).
