Cupcake
Somehow I stayed with a friend from Turkey. And shared an amazing and simple to prepare recipe of cupcake. A magical combination of ingredients leaves a memorable taste. Even such clumsy as I am, and it happened. Then I felt a little if not a professional pastry chef!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    2 cup

  • Carrots

    3 cup

  • Flour

    2.5 cup

  • Nuts

    1 cup

  • Lemon peel

    1 piece

  • Cinnamon

    2 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

Cooking

RUB on a small grater carrots.

Finely chop the lemon zest. You can also grated.

Finely grind the walnuts. I just rode with a rolling pin.

All this mix in a large bowl.

In a separate bowl whisk the whites to a solid foam. Add 1 Cup of sugar. Whisk for another 3 minutes.

Separately beat the egg yolks with sugar (1 Cup). To the sugar is completely dissolved, pour in the oil. A couple of minutes whisk.

Yolks pour in the carrot-walnut-lim mixture mixture. Interfere. Then in the resulting mass add whipped whites. Then there also send the flour with the baking powder + cinnamon + vanilla. Slowly but mix thoroughly. Dough comes out a lot, so cook a big form. Because when cooking is doubled.

Bake at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes. The cake turns out tender and flavorful. You'll see for yourself. Oh, and for the sugar, do not worry, the cake is not cloyingly sweet, I assure you.
