Chicken drumsticks with rosemary, baked in bacon
These are small fragrant chicken golasecca "beer" or, as a second dish. You can cook how to grill and in the oven.

Ingredients

  • Chicken's leg

    400 g

  • Bacon

    40 g

  • Rosemary

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Beer

    100 g

Olive oil, lemon juice, mustard, salt, pepper, spices to make the marinade,

marinate golasecca with onion rings and leave for the night.

Each shank to put a piece of onion from the marinade, a sprig of rosemary and wrap in a strip of bacon.

Wrapping all of the shank so fry on the grill or in the oven in a fireproof dish 20-30 minutes at 200-220°C, turning once.

For flavor, to the dish before baking, you can add a little of any light beer.
