Makaroshki sauce
Very tasty simple dish which is suitable as a second lunch, and dinner. Preparing easily, so can be an ideal option for employed Housewives and not only... :)

Ingredients

  • Pasta

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Tomato paste

    3 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Greens

    1 Tbsp

  • Sausage

    3 piece

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

Put to boil makaroshki, in the meantime, prepare the sauce. So: 1. In a separate pan fry the chopped sausage rings.

2. In a pan pour olive oil and put the finely chopped. onion and pressed garlic. Fry.

3. After 2 min. add cut into cubes. tomatoes, tomato paste and herbs with a Bay leaf. Bring to a boil over high heat. 4. Then reduce the heat and put the fried sausage. 5. Simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

6. Spread cooked pasta on a plate and pour them on top of the sauce. You can eat :-).
