Description
Doing cabbage this is not the first year, and not only in the post. Like her whole family – even the cat this time coveted :-). The recipe I got from a magazine. First seduced at a photo, and tasted, just love the taste. Cabbage is perfect on the holiday table. You can also try this. The recipe for the contest "Fast from Moulinex".

Cooking
My plugs cabbage removed from the surface of the damaged area. From the stalk to select the middle, leaving a layer of leaves about 2-3 cm.
Two full top sheet while leaving aside.
In a pan pour a little vegetable oil and put a handful of a mixture of Ratatouille (peppers, onions, squash, zucchini, tomato). Fry on a medium heat.
There also add finely chopped garlic.
Add a tablespoon of soy sauce and half a teaspoon of ground dry ginger.
Rinse the beans under cold water. Allow to drain.
Ready to take buckwheat (1/3 of the stack. cereals – 2/3 Cup. vegetable broth or water).
Mix the roasted vegetable mixture with beans and buckwheat.
Spread the filling in the cabbage. Lightly tamping.
Closing the hole left by the leaves and fasten them with thread on the plug so that it was possible to turn the head down a hole, without the risk of losing the filling.
Cut the onion into cubes. And sent to the deep (to fit cabbage) a thick-walled pot.
Take the tomatoes (I marinated with a little vinegar).
Remove the skins and cut into pieces. Together with the resulting juice, add to the onions.
Then, 0.5 tsp. of ginger. Mix everything.
Put the cabbage in a pan with opening down. Add (if necessary) tomato marinade, or juice. Put the saucepan on the fire, bring to a boil, turn down the gas the gas to low, cover the pan with a lid and simmer until cooked cabbage from time to time basting with sauce. Cabbage should not be preparen!!!
Spread on a dish, watering juice.
Cut into slices and eat with pleasure :-).
