Mussels in far East
With SPRING all chefs!!! This dish is my husband fantasy. Indescribable, delicate taste of mussels in combination with sweet and sour sauce and hints of garlic and cilantro. Well suited to non-strict fast days. And for a romantic dinner - just a fairy tale. Very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Mussels

    500 g

  • Crab meat

    100 g

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Cilantro

    0.5 coup

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Narsharab

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Olive oil

Cooking

Prepare all the necessary products. And make sauce: 3 tablespoons soy sauce mixed with 3 pressed garlic cloves, a pinch of salt, 1 teaspoon pomegranate sauce. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon. Mix thoroughly.

In pre-heated with olive oil pan spread the mussels. Fry 5 minutes over high heat.

Add chopped crab meat. Cook for another 5 minutes, the fire abated.

On a platter, liberally cover with the sauce. Mmm. And you can enjoy... the Dish is good hot (for a side dish you can serve a thin spaghetti from durum wheat) and cold. Help yourself. Enjoy all the appetite
