Arugula salad with fish, fresh and sun-dried tomatoes, feta cheese and a fragrant mixture of white and wild rice. I chose a fragrant mixture of white and wild rice "Basmati MIX", because, first, it cooks very quickly, and secondly, it is perfect for this salad. Arugula with fish, as always, perfectly, and sun-dried tomatoes contribute to the overall flavor scheme. Now, a beautiful salad in 15 minutes!

Cooking
Then boil the rice. Make a dressing by mixing olive oil, pink and black pepper, salt and balsamic vinegar.
Cut onion into thin half rings and marinate it for 5 minutes in cold water with vinegar. Then put on a paper towel and let the liquid soak in.
Arugula wash, dry and pick into a large bowl with your hands. Fish cut into thin plates.
Tomatoes – large chunks. Sun-dried tomatoes cut into small pieces.
Mix arugula, fresh & sun-dried tomatoes, onion, fish and rice.
