Ingredients

  • Asparagus

    400 g

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Raisins

    100 g

  • Almonds

    80 g

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Dry white wine

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

Asparagus wash, trim the ends, about 1.5-2 cm Cut the asparagus into 4 pieces.

Garlic, peel and finely chop. In skillet, heat olive oil and fry it for 1 minute the garlic.

Add the prepared asparagus and saute everything on medium heat (under the hood), about 3 minutes.

Add nuts to asparagus and sauté 3-4 minutes (under the cover).

Then add raisins, honey, soy sauce, wine and lemon juice.

Stir and saute everything together for another 5-7 minutes. Occasionally stir so it doesn't stick!
