Put the shrimp into the cream and heat until hot, but do not allow boiling cream. We do this in order to keep the shrimp gave the flavor of the creamy broth. Separately dissolve gelatin in small amount of hot cream and put in the shrimp broth. Add the saffron and salt to taste.
