Description
The dough for these rolls is almost the recipe John. Oliver. I really like this dough. It is simple, quick with minimum ingredients. Inside the rolls to be tender and the outside crispy. I hope you'll appreciate this easy recipe!

Cooking
Yeast pour warm water, stir
Sift 200 g flour, add salt. Make the flour deepening, pour in olive oil
Add warm water with yeast and mix up until a homogeneous sticky mass. Cover with a clean towel and leave to rise in a warm place for about an hour.
For the filling, Adygei cheese three on a coarse grater, tomatoes cut into small pieces, garlic passed through the press. Add the egg, stir. In the filling you can add salt and spices.
In approaching the dough, beat in the remaining flour. Knead a smooth dough.
Divide the dough into four parts
Each part roll into a bun. Press gently stretching with fingers. With a rolling pin I did not use. In the center of tortillas put the filling (about a tablespoon with a slide).
Zasiyaet edges carefully to avoid holes, turn seam down.
The finished rolls lay out on a baking sheet, covered with baking paper, I did not greased, muffins don't stick. Grease the buns with egg and sprinkle with grated on a fine grater Parmesan.
Put into a preheated 180 degree oven for about 35 -40 minutes. These are the rolls I took out of the oven. Welcome to the table!
