Strudel
For tea.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Salt

  • Water

    130 ml

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Apple

    500 g

  • Bread crumbs

    2 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

Put the flour and salt into a bowl, in the middle make a hole and break an egg into it and pour the water and vegetable oil. With a fork stir the liquid with the flour, then knead the dough by hand on the Board.

Leave the dough for 20 minutes in a warm place.

Mix the cheese and sour cream and, continuing to interfere, add the vanilla sugar, egg and butter. Clean the apples, cut into 4 pieces, remove core, cut in slices.

Roll out the dough for strudel posypannoy flour on the towel and stretch it with your hands.

Ground breadcrumbs mixed with cinnamon and evenly sprinkle this mixture into the crust. Lubricate the curd mass and spread on top of apples.

Roll the strudel with a towel.

Grease protiven oil, put the strudel and top with the butter cream. Bake for 30 min, a temperature of 220 C.

Otstupite strudel and serve warm.
