Orange cake
Any remaining proteins... to prepare this yummy, requires 1 whole egg. It turns out very beautiful and fragrant cake.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Salt

  • Yeast

    7 g

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Butter

    140 g

  • Raisins

    75 g

  • Almonds

    30 g

Slightly heated milk

Dissolve the yeast in warm milk

Add a little flour, mix thoroughly, cover with a towel and leave in the warm for an hour

Remove the zest from the orange, squeeze the juice

And here he is - orange juice :-)

To remaining flour add salt (a pinch), sugar, egg

Add the melted butter

Mix thoroughly

Pour in the dough is juice, zest

Add yeast starter

Thoroughly kneaded, leave in the warm for another hour

Meanwhile, rinse the raisins and pour the brandy (or warm water) for 5 minutes. Add to batter, mix well (I forgot to do). On the bottom of the form put the almonds, spread it on the dough and leave for 20-25 minutes

Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 45 minutes. The finished cake, and my baking, Easter loaf :-) let cool and remove from the mold
