Pork with Basil in Italian
Carve a safe Deposit box. So I'm not sure that in Italy it is doing :) but the recipe is not bad, if you love Basil.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    1.5 kg

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Basil

    2 sprig

Cooking

Pork fillets portioned slices across the grain.

Make the batter:

Eggs mixed with flour, tomato, sunflower and vzobem.

Throw in garlic.

Cut the Basil as fine as possible.

Mix up the batter.

Pour the meat, leave for an hour or two or three...

Fry QUICKLY, just to egg clutched (so meat juices will stay inside).

Put in the tray movement with the foil.

We should put pepper and cheese. Bake 40-50 minutes...
