Salad
I made this salad inspired Waldorf salad (Waldorf). It is known that Uoldorfskoy salad was first served in a new York hotel "Waldorf-Astoria", which explains its name. But since the recipe is not maintained with precision, and made, if I may say so, a cover version, I thought him such a name. Too reminiscent of new York.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

  • Fennel

  • Apple

  • Walnuts

  • Grapes

  • Parmesan

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Fillet fry, cool and cut into cubes.
