Description
I made this salad inspired Waldorf salad (Waldorf). It is known that Uoldorfskoy salad was first served in a new York hotel "Waldorf-Astoria", which explains its name. But since the recipe is not maintained with precision, and made, if I may say so, a cover version, I thought him such a name. Too reminiscent of new York.

Cooking
Fillet fry, cool and cut into cubes.
Fennel to plane thin slices.
Celery cleaned from the hard veins and cut diagonally into thin strips.
Apple peel and chop thin straws, sprinkle with lemon juice to avoid darkening.

Blend sour cream, soy sauce, mustard, salt and pepper, salad.
