Appetizer is SUPER! Spicy and hrytsenka!:)

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower

    100 g

  • Cabbage

    100 g

  • Pepper

    200 g

  • Olive oil

    100 ml

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    250 ml

  • Water

    1.5 l

Cooking

Prepare the marinade: 1.5 liters of cold boiled water, add 2st.spoon of salt+1tbsp.a spoonful of sugar+200-250ml.vinegar 9% and stir until dissolved

Cabbage disassemble on inflorescences, white cut into cubes Pepper cut into strips

pour the cooked marinade

cover with a lid and put a day in the fridge I stood less than a day :) I really wanted to try:)
