Love this dish, and on the second day was even better. If I live!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Greens

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

Potato peel, wash and cut into circles with a thickness of 0.5 cm.

Heat the oil in a pan and put garlic, chopped in rings. Need to have it fried and gave the oil its flavor, then we remove it.

Before you sauté the garlic, chop mushrooms not very finely and pour them with boiling water, cover with a lid and leave to infuse.
