A La goulash
How I cook it. I can say that very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Beef

    400 g

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 piece

  • Onion

    5 piece

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Seasoning

Cooking

Cut the meat into small pieces and spread on a hot pan, add water so that meat is covered, add Italian herbs, salt, pepper and cover with a lid and simmer on medium heat for 20-30 minutes.

While our stew meat, cut onion into half rings and fry until Golden brown in another pan.

Three carrots on a coarse grater and add it to the onions, fry.

Tomatoes grate on a coarse grater.

Now, add the tomatoes to the onions and carrots. We continue to extinguish.

Press out the garlic into the tomatoes, onions and carrots. Simmer for another 10 minutes.

Our mixture of tomato, onion, carrots and garlic add to meat, cover with a lid and stew for 5 minutes.

Put in the meat 2 tablespoons of tomato paste and sprinkle with Italian herbs again. Cover it and stew for more 15-20 minutes.
