Cake
Simple, easy to prepare cake with gummy crumb, covered with glaze of chocolate.

Ingredients

  • Sour cream

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Lemon peel

    0.5 tsp

  • Vanilla

  • Marmalade

    100 g

  • Candy

    200 g

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Powdered sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Topping pastry

Cooking

Beat eggs with sugar, vanilla and lemon zest, add sour cream, flour and baking powder and again beat.

Marmalade or candied fruit cut into pieces, add to the batter, mix and pour into mold on the bottom of which lay a baking paper (if the form is not silicone)

Put the form in the preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Allow to cool in the baking pan.

While baked cake, prepare the glaze: chocolate (I had a "Fondant chocolate", but still very tasty with the "Daisy") to break or cut into pieces, pour the hot milk and melt on low heat, stirring constantly.

When the candy is completely dissolved, add the butter and sugar, cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture starts to thicken.
